Sculptra® Butt Lift: Sculptra is made from Poly-L-Lactic acid, a substance that works deep under the skin to stimulate collagen production. When injected into the buttocks it can enhance the shape and volume of the buttocks. It also improves overall skin quality, stretch marks, and cellulite.

Common side effects include bruising and swelling at the injection site. A temporary nodule, fullness or firmness can also occur as the body undergoes the process of fat removal. Rare side effects include numbness, ulceration of the skin, or an allergy.
